Učilište Magistra is a non-profit adult education institution founded in 2002.
With years of experience and professionalism, we support all those who want to increase their competitiveness in the labor market or advance their careers through training and the acquisition of new knowledge.
Professional and experienced lecturers, small learning groups, free technical literature, and an individual approach to each student ensure a high level of knowledge for all who successfully complete our training programs.
Učilište Magistra’s training courses provide an opportunity to acquire new professional competences and obtain a certificate that entitles you to work in the profession stated in the official diploma. All training courses comply with the EU Qualification Framework and are verified by the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education.
In addition to accredited training courses, Učilište Magistra also organizes various non-formal educational programs tailored to the new demands of the labor market.
Our classrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with computers and projectors, and all students are provided with free internet access.

What We Offer
- Verified Training Programs: These are programs officially recognized and registered in the e-workbook (“e-radna knjižica”), often required for formal qualifications.
- Informal Educational Courses: These address newer demands in the labor market and include non-formal training in fields like fitness, digital skills, etc.
- Voucher-funded Education: Some of the most popular programs (for example, caregivers, teaching assistant, personal assistant, basic digital skills) are available for free through voucher systems.
- Special Programs / Occupational Courses: Training for group fitness instructors (gym, pilates, yoga) etc.
